Medical Services: Call your doctor's office for assistance with your medical needs including refilling a medication, authorizations, medical concerns, etc.
Complaints: If you are an HMO patient, call the member services line on the back of your insurance card to file an official complaint. The insurance company will work with Fenix Health Medical Group to resolve your complaint.
If you are not an HMO patient and have a complaint, you can call the Fenix Health Medical Group Quality Management Department at EPIC Management at (909) 799-1818.
